Any Division under "At Capacity" is needing coaches before we can accept any more players. Feel free to register for the waitlist at the bottom of the screen, when additional space opens players will be pulled from the waitlist in the order they have registered. Volunteering to coach is the fastest way to get your player off the waitlist.

Recreational League

This is a recreational league providing opportunity for both boys and girls to play volleyball in a fun environment. Ages 6 through 12 are co-ed, ages 13 and up are split into boys or girls' teams.

Please sign your player up for the applicable division below for their age as of 06/7/2025.

"Plus" Divisions are an option for players who are in at least their 4th season with us or have experience playing for school or competitive. It is highly recommended that players signing up for a PLUS division be able to consistently serve over the net (preferably over-hand serves), be able to play in a pass-set-hit style of play and have a solid understanding of the rules.  Division age ranges are the same for plus teams as normal divisions.

Depending on the number of teams signed up divisions may be combined to ensure teams have enough competition to make for a fun season.

Division 1 - ages 6 to 8

Division 2 - ages 9 to 10 - 8 year old's who are on their 4th season with BAVC are eligible for Div 2 non-plus

Division 3 - ages 11 to 12

Division 4 - ages 13 to 14

Division 5 - ages 15 to 18

Division Boys - ages 13-18

Practices will be one night a week with games on Saturday morning.  Practice nights during the week will be for 1 hour on either a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday at 5:50, 6:50, or 7:50.  The first 2 Saturdays are usually additional practices instead of games.  Saturdays may start as early as 7:30 a.m. and usually end by 2:00 p.m. Teams will usually have 1 game lasting about an hour on Saturdays.  Depending on number of teams and schedule availability there may occasionally be two games on a Saturday or a bye week.
